1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse or fulfillment facility.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If the shipment is already in transit, customers may contact our support team to check whether cancellation or return-to-origin arrangements are available.
Any applicable charges or deductions will be communicated in accordance with our published policy and applicable laws.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation Charges: THERE IS NO POST-DISPATCH CANCELLATION
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Timeline: 3 DAYS
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no prepaid amount is refundable unless a payment has already been collected.
4. Cancellation by the Company
DEVPRAYAG NATURALS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel an order for legitimate operational reasons, including:

● Incorrect pricing or product information.
● Payment authorization failure.
● Incomplete or invalid shipping details.
● Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
● Delivery restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items, including applicable shipping charges where required.
5. Modification of Orders
Customers who wish to change their delivery address, contact details or ordered products should contact customer support before dispatch.
Modifications are subject to order status, product availability and operational feasibility.
Once dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
