It is not the leftover from A2 cow ghee, as the process is different.

No. Graininess depends on how the ghee cooled, not on what is in it. Slow cooling from hot forms large grains; an air-conditioned room sets it smooth. Grain can also be induced artificially, so it isn't a purity test in either direction. Check your batch report.
