Description

Devprayag Himalayan Forest Honey comes from two of India's last genuinely wild places: the sal forests around Jim Corbett and the mangroves of the Sundarbans.

Nobody plants a crop for these bees. They work whatever the forest is flowering that season, which is why this honey tastes different from one harvest to the next and why no two jars are quite the same color.

We strain it once to remove wax and debris, and we never heat it, filter it, or add anything.

Frequently asked questions

It is not fake; it is completely natural. Crystallization is a sign of pure raw honey. To remove crystallization, add the honey jar to warm water below 40°C for a few minutes.

It is because the forest flowered differently. Wild honey cannot be standardized. Uniformity between batches is a sign of blending, not of quality.
